As we enter into April in a few short day, it just dawned on me that my business anniversary is approaching. I am pretty excited and proud to celebrate 10 years in business. I started this company in 2003 after working in corporate advertising for 5 years. I will never forget interviewing at Bernard Hodes Group. I will never forget how excited I was to have that first job while still in school. And I will be forever grateful to the people that really believed in my talent. (You know who you are) That experience gave me the tools and confidence I needed to go out on my own and be where I am today. Through up markets and down markets, a huge move from South Florida to Rochester NY, and MANY personal changes between, Jenna Fava Design is still going strong. I am very lucky to have a very loyal client base comprised of awesome people and businesses and I take great pride in helping them succeed. Here’s to many many more years of creativity….

gotta love branding….driving by a target we have never seen before and my 3 year old said – “look mommy “target”…..its an upfront investment that is well worth it. having a recognizable brand pays off (literally) in the long run. something bold, something memorable. keep your color scheme simple and appealing. keep your fonts clean and easy to read. and remember that with brand development - consistency is the key.

i just finished a new corporate branding project for mirsky financial. the logo itself was inspired by my client’s very very talented wife. she is a fine artist and drew the logo and had it created into a metal (for lack of better description) sign in their office (done by another artist). i took her idea and digitized the logo and designed the business cards, letterhead, envelopes, marketing panels, mailing labels, etc. everything is being printed on classic crest natural white laid paper. the colors are black and bronze. i will post those photos as soon as i get the finished pieces from the printer. overall this image is sharp and sophisticated. it turned out great and we are very excited to have mirsky financial as a new client!
